2024 Alternative Spring Break in Haifa: Applications Now Open!

Trip dates: March 10-17, 2024 with direct flights from Boston

APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN- CLICK HERE TO APPLY

Volunteer with schools, community centers, farms, and more!

Take action and support Israel by volunteering with us in Boston’s sister city!  In the wake of October 7th, the impact on the day to day lives of all Israelis is tremendous. Many farm workers, small business owners, and a significant percentage of the Israeli population have been called up to the reserves, leaving Israeli farmers with crops unattended, businesses suffering, and the workforce in great need of volunteers.

After a meaningful time in Haifa, we will wrap up the week by spending Shabbat in Jerusalem.  Total registration fee is $500, with airfare, hotels, and most meals provided!

Some projects include:

  •  Food rescue operations to prevent shortages in the Israeli market

  • Sort, pack, and distribute goods in donation centers

  • Assist displaced families who need support

The $500 program fee includes:
-Roundtrip airfare
-Hotel accommodations
-Most meals
-Daily tours and activities
-Bus driver and tour guide gratuities
